Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Customers are eligible to cancel their subscriptions within 7 days of the date of purchase. However, this shall only be applicable in case the issue is found to be genuine by Growlogic Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team via email at support@eeko.aior through our in-app support feature.
  • Include your subscription details and reason for cancellation in your request.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will review and process it within 2 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Refund Policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • If the cancellation request is made within the 7-day window from the date of purchase and the management has approved the claim to be genuine, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee.

Refund Process:

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund request will be submitted for approval to our admin team.
  • The refund will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Post 7-Day Cancellation:

  • Cancellations made after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Partial Subscription Period:

  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused services within the subscription period.
